I believe that everyone in this world have to face with stress on their day life. As for me, I have a lot of stress everyday when I am at school, at work, even at my house.
In fact, when I at school, I always worry about how to prepare good for my class, how to get all of my homework done for class. However, I have the most stress at my work place, because I alway think of how much time I have to do homework at home?, I also need to complete my task everyday at work. Because sometime, I have to bring my work go home and finished it for the nextday, for that reason I won’ t able to do my homework or studying. Furthermore, when I am home, I ran out of time, I did not have time to study, and i felt bad that I did not care about my family much.
At first, I felt fustrated when I wake up in the morning, I kind of gave up to anything. I don’t want to anything. After that, I realize, there is something more difficult in life, and I thought why don’t I stand up and fight back this stressful. I knew there is someone could able to cope with stress so well, and I asked my self, Why other people could it? Shouldn’t I try it and prove my self.
Day by day, I have learn a lot of thing, I knew that I have to face with to many problem when the day is going to start, and I think that is good for me, because i knew something will be happening. Eventhough, I have a lot stress everyday, but I have learn to make them become my goal, and avoid them as stress. For example, at school I tried to do my best, prepared good, and concentrated on my class. At work, I gave my self a goal, that I have to comple my work on time, also need to stop thinking about anything not related to my job. When I got home, I created the schedule for myself, and that is really helped to put me in order of doing something. Finally, It took me two weeks, to set up all of this thing, I got time to finish homework, and completed my task at work. Beside that, I really happy that I have some spare time with my family.

Come on my friend! Try to improve yourself as fast as possible, and then write a book about how to cope with stress. After that, can you give me the first edition of that book because there are many stresses that I haven't overcome yet.
