stressful experience

I probably can describe last job as a stressful experience, I probably can mention different situations, but for example one day for some reason I end with five customers at the same time and its very hard ,because customers expect that they want to be attended quickly , I was feeling that they hate me ,because they just want to live, and i wanted that they live but unfornutaly i have to follow certains company rules, like the most important are the customer and for any reason customer can live unhappy.
