My Stressful Event

When I was 22 years old, I had to join the Korean army because most Korean guy has to join the army. At that time, I entered in Chemisty Company intead of joining army, but it has same period of the army. While I was working for the company, I got stress a lot because my superior used to bother me. He alway gave to me a lot of work. Also, if he got a fault, he said to boss that fault was Taewan's fault. So, I had to agure with him. Then, he tried to shirk his reponsibility. One day, Boss was in the factory which me and him worked together after he went to sleep. At that time, I was working because he gave to me the work. Boss asked me where your superior is and then I said to him I did not know about that. And then the boss tried to find him and then found in company's domitary. Boss was really mad to him and then boss said to him that " you're fired!!". After that happened, I could move up to his position. At that time, I got a lot of stress, but I have done my best. That's why I coped well with the stress.
