both stories are sad, additionnal people get hurt in as well .
as contraste I can say in '' All summer in a day'' the victim is a little girl who missed an event that she has been waitting for long time .Iin ''the lottery '' the victim is an old ladie who will lose her live because of some traditions and bilieves.

ReplyDeleteYes, both stories are truly sad, and both stories concern the victimization of human beings at the hands of other people. Very dark and disturbing!
